Hotmail Sign In Problem

We often see the question regarding people having trouble getting email notifications from Hotmail, Yahoo and the like. This weekwhile doing a little surfing, I came across a ZDNet talkback article on Hotmail in general; it seems that login problems are getting out of hand.
