Please read this if NetSpry has hijacked your web browser. Hopefully we will be able to help you remove NetSpry from your PC.

Welcome to Help2Go. If NetSpry has taken over your Internet Explorer browser, please read and follow the directions given by Steamwiz.

You can then post your HijackThis log to this forum and Steamwiz or someone else will be able to help you.

After your PC is clean, you should return here and read this article on how to avoid future hijack problems.

From Basementgeek: "One thing I believe a lot of people should do, after they get their PC fixed is save a copy of their now clean HiJackThis log. From all my PCs I have printed out a HiJackThis log and kept with the PC's documents/manuals/disk. I have had a couple of minor problems and I was able to pull out my clean HiJackThis log and compare it to the current problem, and fix my stupid errors, that I caused."

You should also consider switching to another web browser that has more protection from these types of attacks (Mozilla, Opera) and installing a firewall.
