How do I remove IE8 and return to IE7?

If you suddenly find your computer running Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) and wish you could return to IE7, Microsoft HAS supplied an uninstall program to help.

Steps to Remove IE8 on Windows XP

Click on the Start button and choose Run.
Next, type the following line into the Run box, exactly as shown:
%windir%\ie8\spuninst\spuninst.exe
Press Enter and follow the prompts.
When it is done uninstalling, REBOOT your computer.
